Data show that the sludge machine can reduce the suspended solids content of wastewater by more than 80%, and the COD and BOD removal rate can reach 60% to 90%. In addition, the operating cost of the sludge machine is relatively low, as it consumes less energy and is easy to maintain, making it suitable for long hours of continuous operation.

 

4. Continuous optimization and future prospects

Despite the excellent performance of sludge machines in industrial wastewater treatment, there is still room for further optimisation. Future R&D may focus on improving treatment efficiency, reducing energy consumption and expanding the treatment range. At the same time, combining intelligent technologies, such as Internet of Things (IoT) technology for equipment monitoring and data analysis, will further enhance the operating efficiency and treatment effect of sludge machines.
