1. The retrievable microporous aeration systems uses water in the tube diffuser, which is a body with water, solving the buoyancy problem in the water;
2.The aeration is uniform, the bubbles are small, the oxygen utilization rate is high, and the power efficiency is high;
3. It has a good flow rate and flow state; small resistance and low energy consumption;
4. During aeration, it can reduce the sludge deposition at the bottom of the pool, reduce the dead zone phenomenon, increase the aeration area, and improve the oxygenation capacity;
5. The rubber membrane tube is used, which has good deformability, avoids blockage, is not easy to break, and has a long service life;
6. It is easy to install and can be installed with or without water in the pool. No configuration is required in the pool. If maintenance is required for long-term aeration, it can be freely lifted for maintenance without draining water or shutting down the fan, which will not affect normal operation;
7. No air purification, no backwashing, no vent valve is required, and management is more convenient;
8. Various aerators fixedly installed on the bottom of the original pool can be directly transformed into liftable microporous aerators under the condition that the original air inlet pipeline remains unchanged.
When designing and applying the liftable tubular microporous aerator, the left-right spacing of the air inlet branch pipe floating on the water surface is 1000-3000mm, and the spacing between the aerators on the straight line of each air inlet branch pipe is 400-1500mm; the specific distance depends on the water concentration, water quality, air supply and other process conditions. If the aerator is placed within 10 sets on each DN100 air inlet branch pipe, single-end air intake can be used; if more than 10 sets are placed, double-end air intake can be used, and the specific number of sets to be placed depends on the air flow rate.
