1. The pipeline of dosing device should be kept unobstructed at all times. Check the connection parts, filters, feed ports, and discharge ports of the device regularly and irregularly to observe whether there are sediments in these parts. If these symptoms are found, they should be cleaned in time.

2. Check whether the feed port of the metering pump is blocked regularly, and clean the pipeline and filter regularly to prevent blockage.

3. Check the stirring device regularly to see whether the stirring shaft rotates flexibly, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive shaft torque and consumption of stirring power. If damaged, it should be replaced in time.

4. Check the safety valve, pressure gauge and pipeline valves regularly to avoid leakage. The standby pump and the used pump should be used alternately to avoid starting or stopping the same pump.

What issues should be paid attention to during the operation of the dosing system?

In order to achieve the treatment effect, no matter what kind of coagulant or dosing equipment is used, the following points should be paid attention to when operating the dosing equipment.

(1) Ensure that all equipment is intact and all agents are sufficient.

(2) Quantitatively calibrate the metering device of the dosing equipment to ensure that the dosage of the agent meets the process requirements.

(3) The agent meets the quality standards of the process requirements.

(4) Regularly inspect the quality of raw sewage and adapt the dosage to the changes in water quality and effluent requirements.

(5) The concentrations of the storage tank and dosing tank must be clearly explained during the shift change.

(6) Check the dosing pipe regularly to prevent pipe blockage or breakage and ensure that the pumping system is normal.

(7) When a flow interruption occurs, it should be checked and repaired as soon as possible.
